Enhance Your LifeStyleI have many get products listed here, but feel free to search for something amazing!!Overweight? It's NOT Your Fault!Overweight? It's NOT Your Fault!"How could I have allowed myself to get so overweight?" It's the most popular complaint facing the individual who has reached the crossroads of Whine & Dine. The individual may feel ashamed and overwhelmed. It's self-criticism at its worst! If this sounds a bit like you right now, then come here and sit beside me. We need to talk turkey (it's the leanest meat these days). First of all, it's NOT your fault! Yes, you may have eaten the foods that slowly bubblized you, but still yet, it's not your fault! Whether you ate the wrong foods, or too much of a good thing, or was a bit too lax on exercise, it's still not your fault. Why? From infancy, we are taught so many things that influence our lives such as reading, math, and science. However, when it comes to nutrition, most of us greatly lack the knowledge to keep our weight where it needs to be, and to keep our bodies fit. Basic health just doesn't provide the tools we need to keep our 'machine' running sleek and smooth. If you ask the average individual how many calories, and how many vitamins and nutrients per day their body needs to be fit, and to maintain its current weight, most people wouldn't be able to provide that information. This is very disturbing, because this knowledge is vital to life itself! Most of us are 'eating in the dark'. We are aware of healthy and unhealthy food choices, but we are oblivious to correct serving sizes, how much we personally need to eat and, the times we need to eat to ensure the most efficient processing. Again, we are eating in the dark. Even if all of our food choices are healthy ones, many of us have no idea just how much to consume. It's the 'too much of a good thing' syndrome. When you were younger, your parents probably did their best to ensure your daily food intake included a multi-vitamin. As you grew and eventually struck out on your own into the big, mostly blue world, when you dined did you whip out a calculator and begin to tally up the calories you were eating? Of course not. You simply ate when you were hungry. When celebrations appeared in your life, you'd enjoy a piece of cake and some ice cream. You may have thought, "I hope this doesn't add weight to my frame." That was your little inner voice, crying out - trying to warn you in the best way that it could. Healthy Eating |

Sage AdviceAs we begin new ventures, whether it's business, a diet, or an exercise plan, we make a decision to enter into this course of action. We fully intend to carry out what we just decided to do, but sometimes the newness of it all wears off. After all the initial excitement is gone, we realize that it takes effort to achieve our goals, and we won't be millionaires by the end of next week. We need to make a commitment to excellence, to follow through with the things we start. We must commit to success in order to reach it! As a leader be the example to your team, by practicing this yourself, and thereby passing it on to your teammates for them to follow!Read Full Article: http://lifestyle.ezinemark.com/make-a-commitment-to-excellence...commit-to-success-16bbd1ca979.html#ixzz131dVzTkv" Whether you know it or not, you cause things to happen in your life. They don't "just happen". You either cause things to happen, or you become the effect of things that others cause. But the only way you can become an effect, is by choosing not to be cause. Therefore, it's all on you. Feeling comfortable now? Actually, all commitment is, is the agreement to cause something to happen, or to cause something to continue to happen, or to cause something to stop happening. Once you agree to cause something to happen, you START that process into motion. Now, unless you push through and cause the motion to continue under YOUR control, you will become the effect of that motion sure as the sun rises every morning. In other words, as long as you remain true to yourself, and hold to your commitments, things remain under your control. You are cause over them. If you are cause over them, you will not become the adverse effect of them. As long as you continue to learn and grow, you will discover how to solve the problems that come up.
